RETURNING AN ITEM

Returns can be processed with the Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 7 days from the date of reception of your order.

You can find the RAN in the envelope inside the package. We will not be able to process a return without this authorization.

You may return the items in their original condition and packaging.

Items must be un-worn, unused, undamaged, unwashed, with original label / tag.

Enclose 1 copy of the Order Form with the return packaging. The other copy is for you to keep.

Fill in carefully the RAN document and make sure to include it in the box.

Refunds will be processed after quality check of the item(s) via original payment method within 7 days from reception of the items, excluding the amount of shipping costs, customs and taxes that cannot be refunded.

Any shipping costs related to returns will be charged to the customer.

To ship your items back, send us an email: admin2@comptoir102.com. Our logistic team will take care of the collection with our nominated courier service in order to guarantee a safe and secured return delivery.

Once we receive your items, we will send you an email to confirm the process of refund. Refund will only be effective if conditions of returned items are respected.

We do not accept returns in our Dubai store.

If 7 days are exceeded, your request of return will not be accepted.

Please do not send your items back to the original supplier / manufacturer / brand.

EXCHANGING AN ITEM

Items can be exchanged in our Dubai store only.

You can exchange your items within 7 days from the date of reception and according to our return conditions, upon presentation of the RAN and the original invoice.

EXCLUSIONS

We will not be able to accept returns for Swimwear, Underwear, Fine and Fashion Jewelry, Books, Discounted Items, Personal Care, Cosmetics, Candles, Groceries, Limited Edition items, Art Pieces or any Customized items.

DAMAGED ITEMS

All our products are quality checked before shipment. However, if you receive a faulty or damaged item, please let us know ASAP via email sales@comptoir102.com by explaining the damage and sending clear pictures. You may return your damaged item within 7 days of reception. Damaged items will be accepted at the discretion of Comptoir 102.
