Customs Duties, taxes & other related charges at the country’s destination are your sole responsibility, when your shipment is delivered.
Within the UAE/ Local deliveries:
- 1-3 business days depending on the time of day the purchase was made.
- Orders placed on the weekend (Fridays and Saturdays) and public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Deliveries within the UAE will not be subject to custom duties or taxes.
- 3-7 business days, unforeseen circumstances notwithstanding. Please note that we will try our best to ship and have your order delivered as soon as possible.
Estimated shipping arrival dates are based on the day and time of placing the order, and the destination. For international orders, customs & public holidays may delay the estimated arrival date.
You will be notified via email once your product(s) has been shipped. If you have purchased multiple items that are likely to be shipped at different intervals in time, then you will be notified when each product has been shipped.
We ship worldwide except for a handful of high risk countries including but not limited to: Afghanistan, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Qatar, Russia, Yemen, Israel.

If you are not entirely satisfied, we suggest returns or exchanges with below process and conditions.
HOW DO I RETURN ITEMS?
* Returns can be processed with the Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 7 days
from the date of reception of your order.
You can find the RAN in the envelope inside the package. We will not be able to process a return without this authorization.
* You may return the items in their original condition and packaging: Un-worn, unused, undamaged, unwashed, with original label / tag.
* Enclose 1 copy of the purchase invoice with the return packaging. The other copy is for you to keep.
* Fill in carefully the RAN document and make sure to include it in the box.
* Refunds will be processed via original payment method within 7 days from reception of the items, excluding the amount of shipping costs, customs and taxes that cannot be refunded.
* Any shipping costs related to returns will be charged to the customer.
* To ship your items back, send us an email: [email protected]. Our logistic team will take care of the collection with our nominated courier service – First Flight – in order to guarantee a safe and secured return delivery.
* Once we receive your items, we will send you an email to confirm the process of refund. Refund will only be effective if conditions of returned items are respected.
* We do not accept returns in our Dubai store.
* If 7 days are exceeded, your request of return will not be accepted.
* Please do not send your items back to the original supplier / manufacturer / brand.
HOW CAN I EXCHANGE ITEMS?
In our Dubai store only: You can exchange your items within 7 days from the date of reception and according to our return conditions, upon presentation of the RAN and the original invoice.
IS THERE ANYTHING I CANNOT RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
We will not be able to accept returns for: swimwear, underwear, fine jewellery, books, discounted items, personal care, cosmetics, limited edition prints and customized items.
CAN I PAY ONLINE AND COLLECT IN STORE?
Of course! Just click “PICK UP IN STORE” at checkout. We will hold your order for 7 days at the store. If you are unable to collect your item within these 7 days, contact us by email

All our products are quality checked before shipment. However, if you receive a faulty or damaged item, please let us know ASAP via email [email protected]by explaining the damage. You may return your damaged item within 7 days of reception. Damaged items will be accepted at the discretion of Comptoir 102.
WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE ARRIVE?
