Virginie spent over twenty years working in start-ups in Silicon Valley and multinationals. The intensity of her professional life, combined with raising three children and competing in sports, made her aware of the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Today, Virginie is a certified Nutritionist in Complementary Medicine (TCMA, Switzerland), ASCA Certified (Complementary Medicine Switzerland), and registered with the Department of Public Health of Geneva since 2021. She also holds certifications from Harvard Medical School (USA), is a member of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine (USA) and is certified in Onco-Nutrition by the Oncology Nutrition Institute (USA). Virginie collaborates in Holistic Nutrition with physicians in Switzerland from the Grangettes Clinic Hirslanden Group and France (private practices). She has delivered conferences in clinics, businesses, and universities, including Grangettes Clinic, L’Oréal HQ, EPFL (AGePoly), and the University of St. Gallen. Specialized in neuro-nutrition, nutrition & longevity, menopause, and onco-nutrition, Virginie founded Real Holistic Nutrition in 2019 with the mission of delivering well-being programs specifically designed for high-performance and fast-paced organizations, integrating the latest scientific advancements in nutrition, epigenetics, and lifestyle practices.
