Comptoir 102 launched in 2012 and established its legitimacy as one of the best concept stores in the city.
Acclaimed by international travel guides and fashion magazines, the space has been conceived as a home -with its kitchen, lounge, garden and terrace which combines fashion, beauty, homeware and an organic café.
The concept has become a favourite for healthy eating and a hidden treasure for discerning shoppers with its curated eclectic mix of fashion, interior design and furniture from around the globe. The store, nestled in the heart of old Jumeirah, between sea and palm trees, is a little sanctuary away from the malls. The original building inspired from 70’s Californian villas with Moorish accents, has been entirely redesigned by the owners.

They are French. They are chic. They are cool.
The curated selection of Comptoir 102’s jewellery, fashion and deco is taken from inspiration of what surrounds founder Emma Sawko and her business partner, Mathilde Danglade. They select items that are one of a kind and that connect with people, wherever in the world they may be.
With Emma running the business from abroad, Mathilde ensures the store operations run smoothly, and with her creative flare, she makes sure everything always looks stunning. Mathilde also designs a jewellery line, creating unique pieces with an edge, sold at Comptoir 102 as well as back home in Paris.
Driven by passion and with a cherished friendship, together these women make sure your visit to Comptoir 102 is a unique and memorable experience.
