Defatted to prevent the oils in wheat germ from going rancid. Maltodextrin (FOS/prebiotic): acts as a prebiotic fiber and resistant starch that will selectively feed the fuso- and bacterioides bacteria in your gut biome, both of which produce spermidine. This is to support your gut biome's own ability to produce its own spermidine. Hypromellose (plant cellulose capsule). Vegan. How to use The recommended usage instructions for Primeadine® are as follows: Serving Size: Take 3 capsules per day with liquid at mealtime. For Long-Term Use: Take Primeadine® with your last meal to initiate autophagy before bed or with breakfast to extend the benefits of overnight fasting. For First-Time Use: Gradually work up to the full daily dosage over 3 consecutive days: Day 1: Take 1 capsule with liquid at mealtime. Day 2: Increase to 2 capsules with liquid at mealtime. Day 3: Take 3 capsules with liquid at mealtime. If well tolerated, continue with this dose. Alternatives: If 3 capsules at once are challenging, split the dose throughout the day or mix the contents with food or drink below 40 degrees Celsius (104 degrees Fahrenheit). Gluten-Free Option: Consider Primeadine® GF if you need to avoid gluten. Contraindications Our spermidine supplement contains concentrated wheat germ and is not suitable for individuals with Celiac disease or wheat allergy. It may not be suitable for individuals diagnosed with SIBO and those who are on an Autoimmune Paleo, Carnivore or Lectin-free diet. Please consult your healthcare practitioner.
