KAÏA is a woman-led, family-owned olive oil brand rooted in Tunisian heritage and sustainable practice. Founded by Sarah Ben Romdane in 2021, the brand revives her family’s century-old legacy by producing organic, single-origin extra-virgin olive oil from handpicked Chemlali olives grown on their ancestral estate in Mahdia, Tunisia. Harvested in early November when olives begin to blush, the fruit is cold-pressed the same day to deliver an oil with rich vegetal and nutty notes and a subtle peppery finish, all while maintaining exceptionally low acidity (0.2%)
