Life Within's Heirloom Cacao Beans are grown from tasmania and fermented using a special process that gives them a unique flavour with hints of flowers.

Details & Care
  • Put on your favourite music (or mindfully be in silence), whilst setting your intention as you brew this cup of love!
  • Measure out your Cacao serving (20-25g / 0.71oz-0.88oz for daily consumption) or (43g/1.5oz for a Ceremonial serving).
  • Pour 175-200ml of water or your choice of plant based milk into a pan or pot and bring to a gentle boil on a low-medium heat on your stove top.
  • Do not microwave your Cacao product.
  • Reduce the heat and stir continuously until all of the Cacao is melted.
  • Pour your beautiful mixture into a mug or cup and mindfully feel free to add in any supportive ingredients that you feel will make your magic mix even more delicious to nourish your mind, body and soul.
