Ziba Foods Kishmish Raisins are naturally sweet, long‑shaped green raisins grown in the sun‑drenched vineyards of southern Afghanistan. Sourced from the Shungul Khani grape, they develop their signature bright color and candy‑like flavor as they dry first on the vine, then slowly in traditional balakhanas. The result is a tender, slightly gummy raisin with concentrated sweetness and no additives or preservatives. Enjoy them as a stand‑alone snack or as a vibrant, fruity addition to salads, rice dishes, and baked goods.
