Kishmish raisins from Ziba Foods are naturally sweet, long‑shaped green raisins grown in the sun-rich vineyards of southern Afghanistan. Made from the Shungul Khani grape, they develop their signature candy‑like flavor and slightly chewy texture through a traditional drying process that begins on the vine and finishes in airy balakhanas. With no additives or preservatives, they deliver a clean, concentrated sweetness that works as well for snacking as it does in salads, rice dishes, and baked recipes.
