Details & Care

Treatment Guidelines

We recommend 10-minute treatments at 16-24 inches from your device depending on your goals. Skin/topical treatments require less time, while deep tissue treatments will require more time. Frequency of use: Daily use is optimal and consistency is key.

For first time users, we recommend starting out with 1-2 minute treatments per area, and slowly working up to a 10-minute session as your body acclimates to the therapy. Use your Rejūv Go when it works for you anytime of the day.

Standard Treatment: A standard treatment utilizes both red and Near infrared light. A 10-minute treatment at 16-24 inches is optimal. Use Red light mode, NIR or both together.

Pulse Treatment: this mode reduces the intensity of the standard treatment by pulsing the NIR light. Use this mode for ideal recovery from 10 up to 20 minute at 12-14 inches.

Eyewear is included and should be worn when using the device with Near Infrared (NIR) mode. Do not stare directly into the LEDs.

Safety: Red Light therapy is safe and free from UV rays. You can enjoy your treatment anytime, anywhere

Note on LEDs: Some of the LEDs may appear like they’re not working when they’re actually on and delivering near infrared (NIR) light that is invisible to the human eye.
