Skin/topical treatments require less time, while deep tissue treatments will require more time. Frequency of use: Daily use is optimal and consistency is key. For first time users, we recommend starting out with 1-2 minute treatments per area, and slowly working up to a 10-minute session as your body acclimates to the therapy. Use your Rejūv Go when it works for you anytime of the day. Standard Treatment: A standard treatment utilizes both red and Near infrared light. A 10-minute treatment at 16-24 inches is optimal.
