How to use:
- Start with ½ teaspoon (2.5ml) in 4 ounces of water once daily, or dilute in 1 liter of water and sip throughout the day.
- For sensitive individuals, begin with 2-4 drops in a liter of water and gradually increase.
- Never take undiluted.
- Advanced users can take ½ teaspoon twice daily for maintenance (300mg total magnesium).
- May be taken with or without food.
