The Teppanyaki plate from Raumgestalt is made of scaled steel. The grill plate is designed as an accessory for the Raumgestalt fire bowl.
The Teppanyaki plate is ideal for grilling fish, vegetables or meat. Teppanyaki is a cooking style from Japan where dishes are prepared on a steel plate. Our tip: Roast slices of brown bread on the plate and serve the bread warm simply with butter and salt. If you like, rub a clove of garlic over the slice of bread before adding the butter. Simple and delicious.
